2 miles 16:45
It's so windy out! God. Again I end up running at night so it's dark and cold. I get the concept of the super short run (helps to increase your speed) but I'm super annoyed at having to get my ass all bundled up for less than twenty minutes of my time. Plus, Im the type of runner who normally takes a mile or so to warm up and get going so I was convinced that my time would be atrocious. It wasn't. I vowed not to look at my watch until I finished running. 8:22 per mile. For me that's fast. Hopefully I can keep up the progress and make a PR come march.
